Booking Procedures:
• Agent to book flights through GDS on V class
• Fax PNR to SriLankan Airlines at 6221 9425 or
email to sin_offers@srilankan.aero
• SriLankan Airlines will book and confirm land
content and revert
• Tickets and vouchers must be issued at least 72hrs
before departure
• All documents will be issued by UL Ticket Counter
upon confirmation and payment by cash (immediate issuance),
or cheque (upon cheque clearance), or MCO (immediate issuance)
Amendment / Cancellation Policy:
Minimum lead-time for booking: 7 working days
Once issued, no refunds will be entertained.
