▪	72 hour prior reservation is to be made by contacting the FlySmiLes service Center on 0094
▪	A FlySmiLes Nomination/Redemption Form needs to be completed and signed by the member. Click here to download the FlySmiLes Nomination/Redemption Form.
▪	The completed FlySmiLes Nomination/Redemption Form needs to be forwarded to FlySmiLes Service Centre in Colombo along with a copy of the passport or any other legally accepted document for signature verification.
