Booking Procedure

A FlySmiLes member who wishes to avail him/herself to any of the above treatments can call the FlySmiles Service Centre on telephone +94(0)19 733 3333 to redeem the Miles. The member will be issued with a voucher to be produced at the Siddhalepa spa.

A 24 hour prior booking must be made with the relevant Siddhalepa out-let for the chosen spa treatment.

The following terms and conditions will apply

1. Miles can be redeemed only for the spa treatment identified by SriLankan Airlines for this promotion
2. Miles can be redeemed only at the Siddhalepa outlets identified by SriLankan
3. Miles redeemed will not be re credited to the FlySmiLes account
4. Miles can be redeemed by member on behalf of a nominee
5. The voucher will be valid for six months from the date of issue
6. The voucher is not transferable once issued
