To receive FlySmiLes Credit:

In order to credit your account with a first flight bonus for flying on SriLankan Airlines, please enclose your original boarding card(s) and a copy of your ticket after the completion of your journey and we will be pleased to update your account.

Flights taken more than 2 months prior to enrolment are not eligible for FlySmiLes Miles.

Introducing FlySmiLes, the frequent flyer programme from SriLankan Airlines, designed to make every journey a happy one. With FlySmiLes you receive:

Every time you fly with SriLankan Airlines, you accumulate FlySmiLes at the rate of 1 mile per flown.

Miles can be redeemed for any of the following:

•	Ticket purchases / partial payments

When you move up to FlySmiLes Silver membership, you receive a 25% bonus for every mile you fly with SriLankan.
As a Gold member, your bonus increases to 50%.

FlySmiLes Members who reach the Silver Tier Level can opt to join the Baggage Plus or Baggage Premier programme. If you travel frequently for trade, this is just the thing for you. In addition to most of the benefits highlighted in ‘benefits all the way with FlySmiLes”, the Baggage Plus members will get an additional 25kgs and Baggage Premier members will get additional 35kgs. FlySmiLes Baggage Premier members will also have access to the airport lounge and guaranteed seating on economy class.

Once you submit your FlySmiLes Application Form your Membership Number will be e-mailed to you.

To ensure you receive all your miles on FlySmiLes, please remember to quote the membership number provided on the e-mail when making your reservation and provide the email each time you check in with Sri Lankan Airlines until your Membership Card is issued.

The FlySmiLes Kids Programme and FlySmiLes Family Bonus Programme are currently not in operation.
